In the process of using CBackup, we need to have a certain understanding of the concept of data traffic and the statistical rules of data traffic.
The transmission traffic of CBackup refers to the total size of files actually transferred on PC side and web side in the month. The free version is limited to 50GB, the basic version is limited to 2TB, and the premium version is unlimited.
The traffic used by users of the free version will be automatically cleared after the user account exists for one month. The data used by paid version users will be automatically cleared after every full month from the date of payment.
The transfer traffic of CBackup only counts the files transferred to the public cloud drive, and the files transferred to CBackup Cloud do not participate in the transfer traffic statistics.
If the user cancels the task or fails to execute the task during the task execution, the files that are not successfully transferred are not counted in the used data traffic statistics.
When the user has used up the monthly traffic limit, the backup/sync/restore/download functions will be limited, and scheduled tasks will not be triggered.
You can view the used traffic information on CBackup PC side -> My Account page -> Subscription Info. You can also log in to the CBackup web side and go to the Account page to view the used traffic information. There may be slight differences between the two data due to different refresh times.
